Spencer Hughes Blackburn, 24, of Palestine was born November 30, 1991, and passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016.

He was a correctional officer at TDCJ. He loved his family and took pride in his job.

He is survived by his wife Shonna; four children, Ayden, Arianna, Arlan, and Alex; father, Dean Blackburn; mother, Alyson DeHaes and Vince Revill; sister Paige Crutcher and husband Travis; nephews Cain and Hudson; and niece Trinity.

Memorial services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Grace Bible Church with Pastor Robert Moore officiating.
