Nellie Cleo Williamson Stovall O’Neall – 1932

A graveside service for Nellie C. Stovall O’Neall, 100, of Tyler, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, in Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Stuart Baskin officiating under direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors.
Nellie was born Nov. 27, 1913, in Palestine to the late W.D. and Ola Keeling Williamson and passed away May 23, 2014, in Tyler. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Tyler and loved to play bridge with her family and friends. Nellie was preceded in death by her first husband, L.J. Stovall, and her second husband, David O’Neall; a granddaughter, Stacy Story; a brother, Webb Williamson; and a son-in-law, David Welch.

She is survived by her loving family, daughters, Donna Story and husband Buddy, of Tyler, and Shirley Welch, of Denver, Colo.; grandsons, Kirk Story and wife Cindy and Gary Welch and wife Rebecca; and a great-grandson, Earl Story.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 815 Market St., Galveston, 77550; First Presbyterian Church of Tyler, 230 W. Rusk St., Tyler, 75701;or to the charities of your choice.

The family would like to thank the nurses and caregivers with Park Places Nursing Center and Heart to Heart Hospice for their dedicated service.
