Services for Jewell Fitzgerald Seeliger, 86, of Palestine, will be at 4 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with Dr. Richard Waters officiating.  Burial will be in the New Addition Annex Cemetery.

Mrs. Seeliger died Saturday at her residence.  She was born in Palestine to John B. and Fannie Elizabeth Goines Fitzgerald.  After graduating from Palestine High School and Nixon’s Business College, Mrs. Seeliger served as clerk for the Texas Supreme Court at Austin for many years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Palestine.

She is survived by her sisters, Julia Fitzgerald and Margaret Fitzgerald, both of Palestine.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Cole, Roch Cabler, Boyd Connally, Dr. Dale Connally, Oran Sharron and Mike Bullock.
