Services for Flossie Johnson Forester Perry, 76 of Palestine, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Andress officiating.  Burial will be at Broyles Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Perry died Tuesday at Trinity Valley Medical Center.  She was born on March 2, 1923, in Palestine to J.N. and Emma Stanaland Johnson.  She retired in 1987 from Union Pacific Railroad as a claims adjuster with 43 years of service.  She also worked for Hassell & Foster Funeral Home from 1941 to 1943.  She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Perry is survived by her husband, Virgle Perry of Palestine; son, Dick Forester of College Station; stepdaughter, Sharron Perry Cotton of Garland; step-sons, Michael Perry of Dallas, Christopher Perry of Carrollton and Tracy Perry of Palestine; brother H.D. Johnson of Tennessee Colony; one granddaughter; and six step grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joel Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Jeffrey Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Ronnie Farmer, Rusty Farmer and Willaim Reddick.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
