Memorial services for Elisabeth Chambers Huffman, 71, of Palestine, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at St. Philips Episcopal Church with the Rev. Mike Glenn officiating.

Mrs.  Huffman died Wednesday at her residence.

She was born in Palestine on June 20, 1924 to Wiley Boyd and Mary Campbell Chambers.  She was a lifelong resident of Palestine and a graduate of Palestine High School.  She was a homemaker and a member of St. Philips Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her husband, L.J. Huffman of Palestine; daughters, Kathy Marrow of Andalusia, AL, and Roberta Weiss of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jean Bean, Betsy Lewis, Sarah Lewis, Marie Mack, Karen Miller and Irene Poole.
