Funeral services for Marolyn “Twosy” Green, 64, of Palestine, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bailey & Foster Chapel in Palestine with Dr. Ron Sloan officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Houston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster, Palestine.

Miss Green died Friday at her residence.

She was born Sept. 17, 1947 in Palestine to Virgil and Cilla Crist Green.

Miss Green was a retired teacher and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Miss Green is survived by sisters, Carolyn Sebastian and Pat Rogers, both of Palestine; aunt, Georgia Wardell of Palestine; cousin, Judy Wardell of Palestine; nieces, Emily Rogers of Hinesville, Ga., Leslee Hogard of Palestine, Jamie Trevino and husband Keith of San Antonio, and Lacie Sloan and husband Donald of Palestine; nephew, Lance Satterwhite and wife Cassie of Palestine; and the children she loved, Calli Jo Sloan, Tucker Sloan, great-nephew Braden Rogers and great-niece Kelsee Hogard.

Pallbearers will be Keith Trevino, Donald Sloan, Lance Satterwhite, Steve Tucker, Carl Lanier and Steve Petrovich.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bailey & Foster Palestine.
