Services for Helen Firzgerald Walling 81 of Dallas will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Concord Cemetery in Anderson County with Dr. Frank Royal officiating.  Burial will be under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.  Mrs. Walling died Wednesday in her home.  A native of Palestine she was born March19, 1910 to Hugh Alexander and Jessie Mae Dean Fitzgerald.

She was an antique dealer and lived in Houston from 1940 to 1980 when she returned to Palestine.  She then moved to Dallas in 1985.  She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Palestine and the Sam Houston Chapter, Daughters of the Republic of Texas.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Stewart Walling on March 30, 1991.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Max (Mary Candace) Post of Dallas; son, Clayton Walling of Cleveland, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
