A memorial service for Haile D. Perry 75, of Bryan will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Bryan.  Mr. Perry died Monday in Bryan.  He was born May 14, 1916 in Palestine.  He was a math professor at Texas A&M University for 26 years.  He received the Distinguished Faculty-Student Relations Award in 1971, Teaching Excellence Award in 1976 and the AMCO Foundation Award for Distinguished Service to Students in 1978.  He had been a professor emeritus in math since his retirement in 1981.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gertrude Perry; daughter, Annette Stadelmann of Brenham; son, Franklin Perry of Houston; brothers, Edwin Perry of San Antonio and Frank Moore of Palestine; sister, Irma Kendrick of Palestine; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Bryan or to a charity of your choice.
