Services for Dorothy Kirby, 61, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with Dan Manuel officiating.  Burial will be at Fort Houston Cemetery.  Mrs. Kirby died Wednesday at Doctors Hospital in Dallas.

She was born in Palestine on July 14, 1933.  She was a financial secretary for the Presbyterian Church and a member of Crockett Road Church of Christ.  Mrs. Kirby was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Clark Nash; and a brother, Frank Lester Nash, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Howard Kirby of Garland; her father, Frank Nash of Palestine; son, Keith Kirby of Mesquite; and sister, Sherry Barker of Garland.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Walding, Larry Walking, David Walking, Billy Nash, Randy Nash and Brett Nash.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
