Maurine Austin Green, formerly of Palestine has died.  Mrs. Green was the daughter of Merton “Doc” Austin, a Palestine dentist during the early 1900’s and Mamie Inez Cook Austin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brothers, Merton Austin, Marshall Austin and Frank Victor “Tex” Austin.  Mrs. Green and her brothers were reared in Palestine.
