Services for Ervin T. Fleming III, 66, of Ennis, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John’s Catholic Church in Ennis.  Burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery under the direction J.E. Keever Mortuary, Ennis.

Mr. Fleming died Tuesday at Baylor Medical Center in Ennis after a brief illness.  Mr. Fleming was reared in Palestine and graduated from Palestine High School in 1940.

He is survived by his wife of Ennis; sons, Ervin T. Fleming IV of Grand Prairie and James Patrick Fleming of Ferris; daughters, Elizabeth Vernon of Fort Worth and Mrs. Ronald (Karen) Hackovec of Ennis; brother, Patrick Michael Fleming of Ennis; and seven grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association of the American Cancer Society.
