Services Henry L. Bishop, 60, of Palestine will be at 2 p.m. today at Herrington Land of Memory with the Rev. Ray Biggerstaff officiating.  Burial will be in Land of Memory Cemetery.  Mr. Bishop died Friday at this home after a brief illness.  He was born August 6, 1931 in Palestine to Joe L. and Clydia Clark Bishop.

Mr. Bishop served during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force.  He was employed by Rawley United Theaters, and for more than 30 years managed B&B Sporting Goods in Palestine.  The lifelong Palestine resident was a Baptist.

Mr. Bishop is survived by his mother; sister, Bobbie Robertson; and brother, Robert Bishop all of Palestine.

Pallbearers will be Bill McKinney, Joe McDuff, Don Tippen, Bill Keeling, Larry Foster, David Robertson, David Elskes and Paul Herrington.
