Service for Cynthia Ann Hutchins Skinner, 52, of Grapeland, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Herrington Land of Memory Chapel with Dr. Jeff Cover officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Bradford. Mrs. Skinner died Friday at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler. She was born May 26, 1950 in Palestine to Edward L. Hutchins and Helen Cox Hutchins. Mrs. Skinner was reared in Palestine and had lived in Baytown before moving to Grapeland two years ago. She was a 1968 graduate of Palestine High School.
She was a bookkeeper at San Jacinto Methodist Pharmacy in Baytown and also was a licensed realtor. Mrs. Skinner was a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Skinner; father, Edward L. Hutchins; and stepfather, Hunter Willliams.
Mrs. Skinner is survived by mother, Helen Cox Williams of Palestine; sisters, Sharon Armstrong of Huntsville and Tina Saucier of Grapeland; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Saucier, Walter Saucier, Frank Lemacks, Jr. and Ronnie Cox.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Saucier, Sg.t Keith Saucier and Tim Saucier.
Visitation will be 5 – 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
