Services for Lucylle Pope MacNaughton, 72 of Urbana, IL will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Land of Memory Cemetery with the Rev. David Price officiating.  Burial will be under the direction of Herrington Land of Memory.  Mrs. MacNaughton died Tuesday at the home of her daughter in Urbana, IL.  She was born in Huntsville on February 4, 1921 to Harry K. and Ella White Pope.  She graduated from Palestine High School in 1940, and was employed by Missouri Pacific Railroad until she retired in 1977.

She was a member of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church and a charter member of Harvey Woman’s Club in Palestine.  She had been a resident of Windsor of Savoy, IL since February.  She was a member of Champaign-Urbana Welcome Club and Ginger Creek Duplicate Bridge Club.

Mrs. MacNaughton is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Morris (Jamie) Sammons of Urbana, IL,; sister, Ann Garner of Dalla; and three grandchildren.

Condolence calls will be received from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
