| 10 / 23 / 1956 – 08 / 00 / 2008Lewis Michael “Mike” Bell, 51, of Houston, and formerly of Palestine, went to be with his Lord after losing his heroic battle with a lengthy illness. Mike was born Oct. 23, 1956 in Palestine to Lewis and Bobbye Jean Bell. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, Fred and Annie Bell Howell, and James and Sally Bell.
Mike is survived by his loving wife, Ann St. John Bell of Houston; son, Michael Brandon of Palestine; daughters, Lindsey Bell of Palestine, Ange McClure of Lee Summitt, MO, and Mary Jo St. John Bell of Houston; mother, Bobbye Bell of Neches; sisters, Kathy Sinks of Elkhart, and Liz Jenkins of Palestine; brother, Pat Bell of Neches; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008 at the Neches Methodist Church in Neches, Texas to celebrate his life. Published in the Herald-Press on 8/9/2008 |
