Services for Ray Wilda Andress, 90, of Palestine will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Herrington Land of Memory Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Tracy Wright and Clint Bass officiating.  Burial will follow at the Palestine City Cemetery under the direction of Herrington Land of Memory Funeral Home.

Mrs. Andress died Saturday at the Cartmell Home for the Aged.  She was born January 23, 1921 in Palestine to the late Will and Edna Britton Smith.

Mrs. Andress had lived in Palestine all of her life.  She worked as a beautician and was a member of the Evangelistic Temple in Palestine.  She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sheila Andress in 1996; brother, Roland Smith and sister, Reba Reese.

Mrs. Andress is survived by son, David Wright and wife Mary, of Palestine; twin sister, Fay Dunnam of Palestine; grandson, Tracy Wright and wife Liz of Troup; granddaughter, Teri Betterton and husband Kyle of Palestine; great-grandchildren, Matt Betterton, Micah Betterton, and Beth Wright.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Betterton, Matt Betterton, Micah Betterton, Teri Dunnam, Bobby Dunnam and Ronnie Carr.
