Services for Glenda Johnson age 65, of Palestine will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Bailey & Foster Chapel, Palestine with Rev. Clint Bass officiating. Burial will follow in Broyles Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mrs. Johnson passed away Tuesday at East Texas Medical Center, Tyler. She was born February 26, 1945 in Palestine to Hiram and Wilma Beason Main. Mrs. Johnson worked as a beautician for over 30 years. She was a member of Christ Community Church where she was a very dedicated member and loved her church family. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Billy Fred Johnson of Palestine, daughters Kim Dublin and husband Gregg of Tennessee Colony, Debra Thompson and husband Raymond of Elkhart, and Donna Boothe and husband Larry of Palestine, a sister Jessie Williamson and husband Eddie of Palestine, brothers Harold Lee Main and wife Sharon of Deer Park, James Moore and wife Jan of San Angelo, sister-in-law Gail Bayless of Palestine, seven grandchildren, Brittany Dublin, Brooke Dublin, Brent Dublin, Heather Perry, Haley Boothe, Dylan Boothe and Samantha Thompson, one great grandchild Zoey Wood, numerous nieces and nephews and her church family.

Pallbearers will be Doug Bayless, Jon Barrett, Jay Evans, Gregg Dublin, Raymond Thompson and Larry Boothe.

Condolence calls will be from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
