Memorial services for Ken Copeland, 82, of Tyler will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh Road Church of Christ.
Mr. Copeland died Monday in Tyler. Roger Kennerly Copeland Jr. was born March 15, 1929 in Palestine to the late Roger Kennerly Copeland Sr. and Willemenia Newburger Copeland.
He served in the National Guard for nine years and worked for AK Steel and ARMCO. He had lived in Tyler for 11 years, moving from Morgan City, La. He was a member of the Shiloh Church of Christ, and associated with the Academy of Model Aeronautics and the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum.
He is survived by his wife, Beulah Copeland of Tyler; and daughter, Vicki Copeland Solito.
