Services for Larry Lee Atterton, 43, of Palestine will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Neches City Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Tilmon officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.

Mr. Atterton died Tuesday at his residence.

He was born October 2, 1960, in Athens to Bobby Lee Atterton and Dorothy Hatfield Harris.

Mr. Atterton was a graduate of Palestine High School and attended Henderson County Junior College.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Earl Harris.

Mr. Atterton is survived by his mother of Jacksonville and his father of Dayton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Theresa and Lynn Taylor and Scherie and David Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Benah Atterton, all of Palestine; three nieces; three nephews; and one great-niece.
