Services for Tommy Stehlik, 43, of Palestine, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Blanton officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Park.

Mr. Stehlik died today at Memorial Mother Francis Hospital.  He was born in Wichita Falls on January 12, 1953.  Mr. Stehlik was a building contractor. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Jefferson Stehlik Sr., and a sister, Elaine Carr.

He is survived by his mother, Trudie Stehlik of Palestine; his fiancee, Janis Newsome of Palestine; sister, Luanne O’Neal of Palestine; and brother, Michael Stehlik of Dallas.

Pallbearers will be Max Davis, Keith Jenkins, Gerald Rodgers, Charlie Carr, Donnie Burnett, Billy Minton, Garvis Crutcher and David Scoggin.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
