Services for Harriet Frantzen Westmoreland, 56, Tyler, formerly of Palestine, are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home chapel, Palestine, with the Revs. Dale Purdy and Jay Abernathy officiating.  Burial will be in Roselawn Park.

Mrs. Westmoreland died May 15, 2007, in a Tyler hospital.  She was born December 10, 1950, in Palestine to Raymond and Dorothy Moser Frantzen.  She was a secretary at Trinity Clinic – Psychiatry and Counseling in Tyler, and was a member of Southern Oaks Baptist Church, Tyler.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Terry Westmoreland, Tyler; daughters, Lauren Ellis, Athens, and Erin Westmoreland, Tyler; son, Robert Westmoreland, Tyler; brother, Glen Frantzen, Quito, Ecuador; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Zack Banks, Les Day, Darrell Deel, Keith Ellis, Don Frantzen, Randy Ratliff, Dr. Ray Scardina and Les Westmoreland.

Honorary pallbearers are Joe Garrison, Luther Westmoreland, Steven Berry and Ryan Wells.

Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
