Terry Michael Lively of Temple, and formerly of Palestine, died suddenly on Thursday, May 10, 2007. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mike was born in Palestine, Texas on February 18, 1948 to Albert Duard Lively and Gladys Turner Lively. He graduated from Palestine High school and attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches. He was employed as a Brazos Valley account executive for ACRATOD of Austin Inc.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gary; and a sister, Virginia.

He is survived by brothers, Morris Lively of Palestine and A.D. Lively Jr. of Jefferson; and sisters, Shirley Milner of Austin and Linda Baxley of Waco. He also is survived by a nephew, Michael Lively of San Antonio; and nieces, Melonie Mills of Austin, Marilyn Rawls and Melinda Morgan, both of Katy, Melissa Pierce of Palestine, Cynthia Hicks of Smithville, and Audra Wells of Denham Springs, La.
