Beverly Jo Hughes born October 1, 1938 passed away peacefully on April 16, 2006. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Charles E. Hughes. Four children Cindy, Chuck, Russell, Pam and their spouses JT, Ronnie, Marcella, Shelley; and nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Beverly Calcote Hughes, 67, of Houston died Sunday in Houston.

She was born and raised in Palestine. She is survived by her husband, Charles Hughes; four children, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is survived locally by sister, Jerry Ann Douglass; and brother, Allen Calcote.
