Services for Norman Ray Pyle, 67, of Texarkana, will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home chapel with Billy Raney and Stevon Gamble officiating. Burial will follow in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.

Mr. Pyle died Friday in a Texarkana hospital.  He was born March 11, 1939 in Weches. He lived most of his life in the Atlanta and Queen City area. He retired from Shell Oil Co. after 30 years.

Mr. Pyle is survived by daughters, Teresa Raney and husband Billy and Paula Hendrix and husband Brian, all of Texarkana; son, Dustin Pyle and wife Norma of Dallas; brother, Max Pyle and wife Joy of Corsicana; special friend Dorothy Berry of Queen City; four grandchildren; and two nieces.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
