Services for India Frances McCreary Turner, 52, formerly of Palestine will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Black-Cooper-Sander Funeral Home in Hollister, California with Rev. Donald Mills officiating.  Cremation will be followed by private inurnment at the IOOF Cemetery in Hollister.

Mrs. Turner died Monday at Southside Convalescant Nursing Home in Hollister.  She was born February 6, 1937 in Palestine, daughter of Sidney McCreary and Sally Howard McCreary.  After graduating from Palestine High School in 1955, she moved to California and worked as a librarian for Sacred Heart School in Hollister.

She is survived by her father and stepmother, Sidney and Hazel McCreary of Elkhart; husband, Archie Turner of Hollister; daughter, Carol Telles of Hollister; sons, Sidney Turner of Florida, Andrew Turner of Fort Worth, and Kendal Turner of Hollister; and three grandchildren.
