Services for Rodney Wall, 49, of Palestine will be today at 3:30 p.m. in the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Marsh officiating.  Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.

Mr. Wall died Saturday in Anderson Couty Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.  He was born in Palestine on September 8, 1936, a son of Ernest and Helen White Hall.  He was a life-long resident of Palestine and a graduate of Palestine High School.  He worked as a self-employed electrician and was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Edwina; daughters, Kim O’Dell and Kristi Wall, both of Palestine; son, Drew Wall of College Station, Texas; sisters, Cheryl Prisk of Montalba and Carolyn Meador of Millican, Tecas, and brother, Edgar Brown of Mobile, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Gene Russell, J.T. Starkey, Rod Ellenberg, Craig Webb, Dee Johnson, Rufus Mallard and Emerson Hilton.
