Memorial services for David T. Bailey, 64 of Palestine, will be at 10:30 a.m. at Jacksonville City Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mr. Bailey did May 27, 1996.  He was born in Palestine on September 2, 1931 to Cleophas Herbert Bailey and Lily Lee Torrence Bailey.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, C.H. “Bill” Bailey, Jr.

At the time of his death he was an employee of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.  Mr. Bailey was a lieutenant with the Palestine Police Reserves Association.  He also was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  He is survived by several friends.
