Gravesides services for Ben H. Elliott, 64, Mission Viejo, California, formerly of Athens, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens with the Rev. Steve Charles officiating under direction of Foster & Brown Funeral Home, Athens.

Mr. Elliott died March 20, in a Los Angeles, California hospital. He was born December 5, 1932, in Palestine to the late Norris Ellis and Birdie Mae Tilley Elliott. He served in the Air Force and was self-employed in sales/marketing.

Survivors include daughters, Kevyn Lindamood of Lindale, and Lesa Owens and Hope Rehkop, both of Tyler; two sisters; and five grandchildren.
