Services for Keith Kimbrough, 26, of Palestine, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Ted Rydelek officiating. Burial will be in Land of Memory Cemetery under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mr. Kimbrough died Tuesday in a Nacogdoches hospital.

He was born May 19, 1964, in New Orleans, to Gene and Elva Keller Kimbrough.

Mr. Kimbrough was a sophomore forestry major at Stephen F. Austin State University. He graduated from Palestine High School in 1982, where he was active in football and baseball. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and of the Sylvan Club at SFA.

Mr. Kimbrough was preceded in death in 1976 by a half-brother, Kent Kimbrough.

He is survived by his parents of Palestine; and a brother, Jerry Kimbrough of Denton.

Pallbearers will be Robert Burris, Randy Wood, Kenneth Dickson, Billy Nash, Brett Carroll, Sam Woody, Glenn Commander, John Blythe and Lee Roy Mathis.

A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
