Services for Brady Dale Brownlow, 24 of Longview and formerly of Palestine, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Palestine with Dr. Richard Waters and the Rev. Lynn Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens under the direction of Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.

Mr. Brownlow died Saturday in Bienville Parish, Louisiana.

He was born September 3, 1974 in Jacksonville, Texas.

Mr. Brownlow was a 1993 graduate of Palestine High School where he was selected Senior Student of the Month. He played football at Palestine High School and also participated in Future Farmers of America and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He had worked as a snubbing technician the past two years for Cudd Pressure Control.

Mr. Brownlow is survived by his father and stepmother, Ronnie and Theresa Brownlow of Chandler; mother and stepfather, Donna and Bob Farmer of Marble Falls; brothers, Casey Brownlow of Houston and Ben Brownlow of Montalba; sister, Laura Brownlow of Houston; and grandparents, J. W. and Laura Brownlow of Athens and Nannie Drake of Malakoff.

Pallbearers will be Larry Maynard, Eric Nichols, Kevin Brevard, Jaime Gonzales, Robert Gonzales and Paul Harris.

Honorary pallbearers will be 1993 graduates of Palestine High School.

The family will receive friends between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests memorials be made to Trinity Valley Community College, Ranch Management Scholarship Fund, 500 S. Prairieville, Athens, Texas 75751.
