Services for Dan H. Cook, 60, of Horseshoe Bay, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Donovan kelly officiating.  Burial will be at Land of Memory Cemetery.  Services also were conducted at 1 p.m. today at Central Christian Church in Marble Falls under the direction of Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home.  Mr. Cook died Tuesday.

He was born in Montalba and reared in Palestine, attending Palestine schools.  He earned a business degree in 1959 from Sam Houston State University.

Mr. Cook lived in Dallas for about 35 years and was a business partner and mortgage banker with First City Savings and Southland Mortgage Co., both of Las Colinas in Irving.   He also was a partner of Kelsenco Holding Co. in Arlington.  Mr. Cook had lived at Horseshoe for two years.  He was a member and elder of Cnetral Christian Church in Marble Falls.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Cook of Horseshoe Bay; sons, Stanley Hunter Cook of McKinney and Jeffrey Hamilton Cook of Carrollton; daughter, Cynthia Leann Cook of Holy Angels Residential Facility in Shreveport, LA; his mother, Ruby Johnson Lively of Palestine, and one grandson.

Condolence calls will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
