David George, 52, of Texarkana, Texas died May 6, 2007, at his residence.

Mr. George was born August 9, 1954, in Palestine and had lived in Texarkana for over 25 years.

He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church was a retired businessman and a former partner of William George Company.

He is survived by his wife Pam George of Texarkana, Texas; six children, Candice George of Houston, Mallory George, Kimberly George and Hilary George, all of Texarkana, Texas, Brooke Brolo of Maumelle, Ark., and Jill David of Chaska, Minn.; a sister, Cathy George of Houston; three grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Fuqua-Everett Memorial Chapel, Texarkana Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Montgomery, Rev. Bruce Hargrave, and Ken Carpenter officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today.
