Morris Rosson was born September 29, 1941 in Gregg County to Ralph Randel Rosson and Ruby Lorene Chapman Rosson.  He and his parents moved from Hawkins to Tennessee Colony in 1955.  His dad was an oilfield switcher.  They moved to Palestine several years later.  Morris graduated from Palestine High School in 1960 and attended University of Texas and Henderson County Junior College.  In the mid 1990’s he worked at DFW Airport until his retirement.

He is survived by his son Ralph and daughter-in-law Amy and three grandchildren.

He passed away on December 1, 2011.  He was cremated and no services were held.
