Jeff Auld, son of the late Tommy and Jennie Mae Auld, born February 18, 1940, passed away Tuesday in a Fort Worth hospital. He graduated from Palestine High School in 1958 and received a B.S. from Sam Houston State University in 1962. He retired from the Texas Employment Commission in 1992 after 30 years of service.

Jeff is survived by one daughter, Stacey Spears; grandson, Austin Spears; and granddaughter, Allie Spears allof Clovis, New Mexico; and one sister, Brenda Auld of Houston.

Visitation will be held at New Hope Church in Fort Worth today from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside services will be at Holly Springs Cemetery in Montalba on Friday at 10 a.m. Bailey & Foster is in charge of local arrangements.

Memorials are requested to Montalba Methodist Church.
