Services for Don W. Thomas, 64, Liberty City, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rader Funeral Home, Kilgore, with the Rev. Dr. William D. O’Neal officiating.

Burial will be in Kilgore Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Thomas died Oct. 3 at his residence.

He was born May 8, 1940 in Palestine.*  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Longview.  He was a Chemical engineer for Texas Eastman, retiring in 1997 after 35 years’ service.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Thomas, Liberty City; sons, Keith Andrew Thomas, Chandler, Kyle Anthony Thomas, Denton; Daughters, Kimberly Ann Johnson, Houston, Keisha Thomas DiGiovanni, New Orleans, LA; sisters, Annie Owens, Palestine, Erma Smith, Trinity; Brother John “Sonny” Thomas, Palestine, three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
