Flint – Graveside services for Bill L. “Stormy” Black, 57, Houston, formerly of Flint, are scheduled for 4 p.m. Wednesday at Flint Cemetery with Elder Vernis Stanaland officiating.

Mr. Black died September 18 in Houston.  He was born January 5, 1946, in Jacksonville, to the late Aubrey E. and Justine Hocutt Black. He attended school in Bullard and graduated from Palestine High School.

Survivors include two aunts and cousins.
