Services for Clara F. Phillips, 82, of Magnolia, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Bailey & Foster Chapel with Rev. Warren King officiating. Burial will be in Land of Memory Cemetery.

Mrs. Phillips died Thursday at her home in Magnolia.

She was born September 14, 1924 in Palestine to James Hanks Farris and Vera Tucker Farris.

Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Champions Church of Christ in Magnolia. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pete Phillips, who died in 1999; sisters, May Emma Stovall, Mag Jenkins, Lou Owens and Inez Kelley; and brothers, Jimmy Farris and Tucker Farris.

She is survived by two sons, Blake Phillips and wife Suzanne of Magnolia and Barry Phillips and wife Uchie of Houston; sister, Maurine Grimes of Dallas; and grandchildren, Paul Phillips, Bradley Phillips, Megan Phillips and Percilla Phillips.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
