Toni Kay Oxford Yawn was born December 27, 1945 in Washington County, Texas to Edward G. Oxford and Kathryn Hardie Oxford. She died December 9, 1995 in Bexar County, Texas.

Toni attended Palestine High School. She and Billy Ray Yawn were married October 5, 1963.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by daughters, Tracy Lynn Yawn Beazley and Kimberly Kaye Yawn.
