Services for Gary H. Lively, 46, of San Antonio, and formerly of Palestine, were Friday at Cornerstone Church. Burial was at Mission Burial Park North.

Mr. Lively died Thursday July 25, 1991 in San Antonio.  He had lived in San Antonio for 15 years, and was director of insurance claims at USAA for 13 years.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Lively; sons, Michael Lively and Joey Arriaga; mother, Gladys Lively of Palestine, sisters, Shirley Milner of Austin and Linda Baxley of Waco; and brothers, Morris Lively of Palestine, A. D. Lively of Longview and Mike Lively of Houston.
