Services for Betty Jean Britain, 59, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Norwood Heights Baptist Church with the Revs. Michael Mynatt and Craig Harris officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Arlington National Funeral Home of Houston.

Mrs. Britain died Wednesday at Conroe Regional Medical Center in Conroe.  She was a member of Norwood Heights Baptist Church.  Mrs. Britain was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Nina West.

She is survived by daughters, Tammy Watts Garrett and Kim Talbitzer, both of Fremont, Nebraska, and Jodi Harris and Shirley Furnish, both of Palestine; and seven grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Furnish, Jack Talbitzer, Jesse Fezette, Ben Watts, David Harris, Kevin Harris and Don Harris.
