Graveside services for Kenneth Bradley “Brad” Jeffus, Sr., 67 of Palestine, will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at Antioch Cemetery, Lovelady, with Rev. Russell Johnston and P.W. Cotton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine.

Mr. Jeffus passed away Sunday in McKinney. He was born April 23, 1943 in Trinity, Tx. to Lemuel Finon and Nelma Chandler Jeffus. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and the Elkhart Masonic Lodge AF & AM #400. He retired in 2001. Mr. Jeffus was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Dollye Jeffus of Palestine, Tx. daughter Lisa Jeffus Perry of McKinney, Tx. and son Kenneth Jeffus of Prosper, Tx., Dollye’s children Melissa Johnston of Humble, Tx., Kerry Barnhart of Rock Springs, Wy., John Barnhart of Palestine, Tx. and Scott Barnhart of Westhoff, Tx., two son-in-laws Russell Johnston and Howard Roth, one sister Sherry Cotton and husband P.W, of Palestine, Tx., brother Frank Jeffus and wife Wilma of Nashville, Tn., grandchildren Christopher Perry, Bradley Perry, Bailey Johnston and Hunter Johnston. Pallbearers will be Don Ray, Christopher Perry, Bradley Perry, Hunter Johnston, Trace Jeffus and Dustin Quick.

Condolence calls will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Bailey &’ Foster Palestine.
