Services for Julia Ann Peterson, 57, of Palestine, will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 1615 S. Royal Street with Tony Kubeckay officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Miss Peterson died Thursday at her residence.  She was born August 23, 1942 in Palestine to Nolan and Agnes Merridith Peterson.

Miss Peterson was employed the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in the insurance claims office. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church.  She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Agnes A. Peterson of Palestine; and brothers, Charles M. Peterson of Silsbee and James M. Peterson of Palestine.
