Private services for Larry Bell, 52, of Lake Charles, La., and formerly of Neches, were held this afternoon at Neches City Cemetery. Burial was under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mr. Bell died Sunday at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Neches on July 17, 1942, to John F. and Pearl Tool Bell. He was a Medic in the Army, and a member of the Assembly of God Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Sue Bell of Lake Charles, La., son, Larry Bell of Lake Charles, La.; sisters, Elizabeth Agnew of Channelview and Dorothy Jane Fox of Oakwood; and a brother, George Bell of Carthage.
