Frederick O Roquemore died on Tuesday, July 6, 2004.

He was preceded in death by his wife Pattie Gooch Smith. He is survived by his twin brother Frank C. Roquemore; children David H. Roquemore, Frederick O. Roquemore, Jr. and wife Shelley, Nancy Roquemore McClune and husband George; four grandchildren, Capt. Bryan McClune, USMC, Mark McClune, Erin Roqumore Fowler and husband Stanley, Frederick O. Roquemore, III and wife Jennifer; great-granddaughter Lauren Roquemore.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 8 from 6-8 p.m. at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 9 at Roselawn Park, Highway 84 East, Palestine , Texas.

A memorial has been established with St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Seniors Place, 3471 Westheimer, Houston, Texas 77027 and the Alzheimer’s Association, 2909 W Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77025.

Fred was cared for in his home over the past 11 years with love and devotion by his son, David Roquemore and caregivers, Carrie Foreman, Michael Thomas, Joseph Phillips, Bertha Grimes and Bieola Cervantes.
