Services for Hallie Huffman McKenzie, 84, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with the Rev. Fred Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Tennessee Colony Cemetery under the direction of Bailey & Foster, Palestine.

Mrs. McKenzie died Wednesday at Cartmell Home for Aged.  She was born September 8, 1920 in Anderson County to Boen S. and Carolina Graser Huffman.  Mrs. McKenzie was a homemaker. She was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul McKenzie, in 1980; seven sisters, Ruth Jones, Ora Jones, Lela Neal, Lula Callaway, Lillie Little, Ollie Bell and Myrtle Huffman; and a brother, Claude Huffman.

Mrs. McKenzie is survived by several nieces and nephews and a special friend, JoLynn Watson.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd Jones, Kenneth Bell, Bobby Grant, Carl Churchman, Danny Churchman and Clint Herod.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster, Palestine.
