Services for Mary Frances Wynn, 87, of Palestine will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Herrington/Land of Memory Chapel with the Rev. Jay Abernathy officiating. Burial will follow at Land of Memory Cemetery.
Mrs. Wynn died Sunday at Cartmell Home for Aged in Palestine.
She was born December 3, 1919, in Fulton, Ky. to Arthur Curlee Sharp and Trilby Ann May Sharp
Mrs. Wynn was a member for many years of First Christian Church where she was active in the CWF and in recent years was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Lois Class. She was a member of the Harvey Woman’s Club where she enjoyed playing bridge and was a member of the Newcomer’s Club.
Mrs. Wynn was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wynn, in January 1997.
She is survived by three daughters, Ellen Ann Langston of Richardson, Lana Kay Carbo of Euless and Mary Frances Jimenez of Marina, Calif.; one sister, Imogene O’Neal of Palestine; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ben Carbo, Brent Langston, Bob Carbo, Spencer Apostolo, Aaron Crawford and John Wynn.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home.
