Services for Garvice C. Crutcher, 86, of Palestine will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with the Rev. Steve Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mr. Crutcher died Sunday at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia.  He was born December 20, 1918 in Palestine.  Mr. Crutcher was a carpenter and was self employed.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Crutcher of Palestine; daughters, Jean Hofer of Terrell and Shannon Bolton of Palestine; sons, Phillip Crutcher of Houston and Michael Crutcher of Keller; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
