Services for Faye A. Taylor, 88, of Palestine will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Bailey & Foster Chapel with the Revs. Danny Rodriquez and Daniel J. Bubach officiating. Burial will be in Land of Memory Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction Bailey & Foster Funeral Home. Mrs. Taylor died Saturday (11-5-2005) in a Tyler hospital.

She was born September 6, 1917 in Anderson County to Samuel Clark and Alice Handler Clark.

Mrs. Taylor worked 16 years as secretary at First Christian Church and was a member of the C.W.F. Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents; husband, M.B. Taylor, daughter, Sherry Youngblood; sisters, Velma Nivens and Clydia Bishop; and brothers, Lowell Clark and Horace Clark.

She is survived by daughter, Lota Clark and husband Jerry of Palestine; son, Max Taylor and wife Debbie of Corsicana; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Jerry Flowers, Dustin Clark, Shawn Pringle, Kendall Walker, Dewain Ward and Bill Farrar.

Condolence calls will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
