Services for Mary Claudia Turner Maneval, 86, of Dallas will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Palestine City Cemetery New Addition Annex with Dr. Tom Rousseau officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster, Palestine.

Mrs. Maneval died Wednesday at Doctors Health Center in Dallas.

She was born June 29, 1917 in Palestine to Henry M. and Maty Forgay Turner.

Mrs. Maneval graduated from Palestine High School and was a member of the First Christian Church. She was an insurance underwriter for Comardore Insurance Company.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Clarence E. Smith and Richard L. Maneval.

Mrs. Maneval is survived by sons, Clarence Earl Smith of Houston and Gregory Eric Smith of Dallas; grandchildren, Steven Earl Smith, Debra Ann Foreman and Erica Nati Smith; and seven great-grandchildren.
