Graveside services for Leroy C. Coleman, 90, of Palestine, will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Roselawn Park with the Rev. Jay Abernathy officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mr. Coleman died Friday in a Tyler hospital.

He was born September10, 1916 in San Angelo to Louis Hurley Coleman and Addie Callaway Coleman.

Mr. Coleman was a member of the First Baptist Church.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Before retiring, he was co-owner of Palestine Paint Company.

Mr. Coleman was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elsie Coleman who died in 2002; and a son, George Roy Coleman, who died in 1963.

He is survived by a sister, Ouida Gray of Palestine; and a daughter-in-law, Linda Lively Baxley of Waco.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chesley Matthews, Bill Haney, Vic Lively, Charles Green, Ed Brown, Ralph Harju, Jimmy Dickey, Rayburn Moore and Richard Farris.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
